Ram Sukumar co-founded Indium and served as its Chief Technology Officer. Ram has handled various roles at Indium from Sales to Delivery Management.
Ram was responsible for Pre-Sales, Technology Innovation, IP creation and overall solution delivery. He has helped champion adoption of Open source tools, development of key-word driven automation framework and application level performance diagnostics. He has worked for global companies such as National Semiconductor and Simplex Grinnell. He has several years of core expertise in functional testing, performance testing and test automation.
Ram currently provides leadership to the Executive team at Team Indium and specifically focuses on Sales, Pre-Sales and Solution Delivery. He holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences (BITS), Pilani.

Vijay Balaji

Vijay Balaji co-founded Indium and served as its Chief Operating Officer. Vijay has handled various roles at Indium from Sales & Marketing to Operations.
Vijay was responsible for sales, marketing and business development in North America including executing Sales & Marketing Strategies, managing & forging Customer Relationships and Strategic Alliances. Prior to founding Indium, he was a key member of the Risk Control group at TeleCheck, Inc.( a wholly owned subsidiary of First Data Corporation). He is an active member of the SD Forum, TiE Silicon Valley and Round Table (a social organization focused on serving the larger needs of the community with special emphasis on Educating Children throughout India).
Vijay currently provides leadership to the Executive team at Team Indium and in addition specifically focuses on Indium’s fiscal function and performance, treasury management, finance and operations. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration with emphasis on Marketing & Finance, from Rice University, Houston, USA and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai, India.

Harsha Nutalapati
Senior Vice President & CEO Designate
Harsha serves as Sr. Vice President & CEO Designate of Indium. He will be driving Indium’s growth and transformation as a leading organization globally. He will focus on developing and executing strategies to capitalize on opportunities to launch Indium in the top league of QA/Testing services companies.
In his new role, Harsha spends a significant portion of his time with customers evangelizing Independent QA – articulating Indium’s value proposition, understanding customer needs and tailoring the company’s solution offerings to win-win relationships. Harsha provides the strategic direction and thought leadership for Indium.
Harsha’s career in serving global customers spans more than 17 years leveraging business and technology expertise working in global technology and services companies. Most recently he was Regional Head for QA in North America for Mahindra Satyam. Harsha was part of the core leadership team and was driving growth globally. He managed geographically distributed teams and partners and was responsible for growth of QA services, Sales and Pre-Sales support, and overall solution delivery for clients in US and Canada. He has helped champion adoption of Enterprise-wide QA initiatives in Fortune 1000 organizations. Harsha represented on the Quality Councils of his customers, has nurtured extensive CXO level interactions. He has extensive experience working in General Electric, Hewlett Packard, Dell and various other organizations in IT leadership and program delivery roles. He has several years of core expertise in ITO, Test process consulting, QA Centres of Excellence, and Enhancing the maturity of the QA in client organizations.
He holds a Certificate of Global Business Leadership from U21/Harvard Business School publishing; a Master’s in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Technology-Delhi, India with specialization in Strategy and Systems Management; and a Bachelor’s in Engineering with specialization in Electronics and Communications Engineering.

Ramesh Krishnamurthy
Chief Technology Officer
Ramesh is responsible for Indium’s solutions delivery and technology initiatives.
Ramesh has nearly 20 years of experience in the Information technology industry in both entrepreneurial and senior management roles. He is a thought leader in the Software Testing vertical having spent the past decade managing operations and delivery for customers across the globe spanning Software Quality Assurance & Testing services. He is a proven developer of people, having delivered Software Quality training programs to numerous individuals and customers, and brings to Indium the ability to ensure the availability of high quality talent.
Ramesh's previous stint was with Lister Technologies as Vice President of the Software Testing Practice. Prior to Lister, he was Executive Director, Amitysoft Technologies one of the pioneers in the Indian software testing industry.
Ramesh is a certified Project Management Professional from PMI and Certified Quality Analyst. He has attended several Executive management programs at IIM Bangalore. He holds a Bachelors degree in Applied Science and is a University rank holder in Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science & Applications from Nagpur University, India.
