Ajit Isaac
Chairman

A HR professional with about 20 years of experience in the HR services space, he previously founded People-one Consulting which was sold to Adecco, the world’s largest HR Solutions Company. Mr. Isaac is a gold medalist in his Post Graduate program in Personnel Management from the Madras School of Social Work. He is also a Chevening Scholar who has completed the International Management Programme at Leeds University. He has a keen interest in policy, politics, business and commerce.

K.Sarath Reddy
Non-Executive Director

Sarath Reddy is the Chairman of Unifi Capital plc. In a career spanning over 18 years in the Indian financial sector he has handled a range of equity related functions in both private and public markets. He began his career with Standard Chartered Bank where he worked in the Treasury. In employment, he then setup Navia Markets Ltd. for one of the country’s large business houses; and grew this investment services firm into a leading position before founding Unifi in 2001. Unifi manages funds for private clients and institutional investors in India and overseas. The firm operates a wholly owned NBFC as well as memberships on major Indian stock exchanges.

Vijay Balaji
Co-Founder & Director

Vijay Balaji co-founded Indium and served as its Chief Operating Officer. Vijay has handled various roles at Indium from Sales & Marketing to Operations.

Vijay was responsible for sales, marketing and business development in North America including executing Sales & Marketing Strategies, managing & forging Customer Relationships and Strategic Alliances. Prior to founding Indium, he was a key member of the Risk Control group at TeleCheck, Inc.( a wholly owned subsidiary of First Data Corporation). He is an active member of the SD Forum, TiE Silicon Valley and Round Table (a social organization focused on serving the larger needs of the community with special emphasis on Educating Children throughout India).

Vijay currently provides leadership to the Executive team at Team Indium and in addition specifically focuses on Indium’s fiscal function and performance, treasury management, finance and operations. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration with emphasis on Marketing & Finance, from Rice University, Houston, USA and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai, India.

Ram Sukumar
Co-Founder & Director

Ram Sukumar co-founded Indium and served as its Chief Technology Officer. Ram has handled various roles at Indium from Sales to Delivery Management.

Ram was responsible for Pre-Sales, Technology Innovation, IP creation and overall solution delivery. He has helped champion adoption of Open source tools, development of key-word driven automation framework and application level performance diagnostics. He has worked for global companies such as National Semiconductor and Simplex Grinnell. He has several years of core expertise in functional testing, performance testing and test automation.

Ram currently provides leadership to the Executive team at Team Indium and specifically focuses on Sales, Pre-Sales and Solution Delivery. He holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences (BITS), Pilani.
